BALMAIN COURTYARD MAKEOVER

Trickiest access so far on this nice little courtyard renovation. Everything we took in and out has to be in 20L buckets and walk about 100m each way to the street.

We installed an ag line where the turf meets the paving to make sure any sort of run off doesn’t not affect the house.

The removal of the tree and mound was challenging. We had to sacrifice a few chains on the chainsaw to cut the rootball out so we could level the area out.

We installed some H4 timber sleepers to retain the neighbours soil and really neaten up the fence line. We matched this look with a little garden edge where our clients have installed wire trellis to one day have a green wall.

We then installed some fresh turf underlay and topped it off with some grass. It’s now ready for them to enjoy and entertain!
