GLADESVILLE concrete

This house was made up of numerous pours over the years. Some places were severely cracked where others had just lifted. We tore the whole lot up and replaced it.

During the demo we realised the front four posts of the carport were not properly secured. So we propped the whole thing up and installed new stirrups that were then concreted.

We also found out that the main water feed to the house was sitting 30mm below concrete. This is no where near enough and in future the new concrete would either crack or the pipe would burst. So we go that re directed as well.

We also installed deco granite under the deck to provide extra storage space.

This job had a couple of unforeseen issues but nothing we couldn’t handle!
